I have a computer containing both IDE and SATA HDDs. I can use Norton ghost14.0 to back up it but SRD cannot open the back up file. The screen turns black or sometimes shows green/blue colored lines after the logo of Microsoft appears for a while. With the computer using only SATA HDDs, it can recover the back up completely. Can anybody help me solving the problem without taking IDE HDD out? It's a rather big one, a lot of data inside.
