help with virus

Have an old compaq computer and I cannot use the internet logged in as me due to a virus and I have Norton.  My wife can login as guest and she has no problems.

win32/nugel.e, attached from port 18645.  I believe this is the name of the virus

receive msg - wsgntfy.exe is corrupted.

Does anyone have a cure?

Download malwarebytes from guest account and then login to your account and
run malwarebytes. Then run norton scan. Good luck

Hi did you run any free online scanners.  One you can run is from Trend Micro called House call, link is below.  See if that cleans up the mess.
