procomm startup

When I start up Procomm, it sits for 30 seconds "checking modem".

How do I disable that feature? I don't need it to "check a modem".

That product came out over 10 years ago and is no longer supported.

There are some Procomm plus posts in the Norton Community. You might try posting your issue there, as this forum is for Enterprise product support.
