I am trying to install SEP 12.1.2 on a brand new Windows 7 computer and it gets to the end then rolls back everything and returns the error "the wizard was interrupted before symantec endpoint protection could be completely installed"
I think it is due to the old memories of the SEP products pre-installed in the computer. However, I have unistalled it completely.
I heard that there is a software that can be used to clean up the old memories. Can anyone share the link for the software?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,

It's called Cleanwipe tool.
Cleanwipe is now available on the 12.1.4 download ISO. It will be located under the Tools directory
