OpsCenter to Aptare migration path

What will be the migration path to go from OpsCenter to Aptare ? Will we be able to convert/save our existing backup data or do we have to start from scratch in Aptare and keep OC around for a few years until its 60+ GB of data is no longer useful ?

Is there a migration path for all of the custom reports we have as well ?

Thanks John for your question.

This is a feature we are currently working on and is included in our roadmap.  We want to ensure there is a way for OpsCenter customers to easily migrate to APTARE.

Just so you know.....there is NOT a migration path that is clean for migrating OpsCenter data over to Aptare. This is where we are right now and working with support....there's no clean way to do it. The recommendation is to upgrade OpsCenter to 10.0.0.1 and leave it there, not collecting data from the master server and only use it for historical data reporting/research. Start using Aptare/NBU IT Analytics for your reporting with a clean and fresh database. I just wished the the online documentation and other help aids for learning Aptare was current and correct.

Thanks,
Dennis
