Over the last couple of years, we've built a customer experience organization within Veritas and transformed our strategy to be customer experience-centric. The customer experience org interacts closely with customers to better understand their needs. We perform research, design, and validation and work closely with PMs and engineering to architect solutions that solve customer problems. We abide by our guiding principles to deliver products that are simple, intuitive, and integrated.
