Hi, hopefully this is an easy one. I'm setting up a new Infoscale 7.4.2 cluster of two servers running Redhat 7.7.
When I attempt to create a cluster user, I get a rather obscure error message. Any idea?
# /opt/VRTSvcs/bin/hauser -add vcsadmin -priv Administrator Enter Password: Enter Again: VCS ERROR V-16-1-11502 IV value is NULL or not dumped in memory. VCS ERROR V-16-1-11399 Failed to create user. #
I get the same problem if I try to update the admin password.
# /opt/VRTSvcs/bin/hauser -update admin

OK I figured it out. I re-disabled secure mode, then was able to use the hauser command to add a user. Not sure what the initial problem was. Thanks!

OK, I re-ran the installer with the -secure flag and put it in to secure mode. I'm now able to create the vcsadmin user, however it doesn't ask for a password, and I still can't log in as that user...
