Phani “Raja” Maddala is known for bringing value to every project he takes on, inspiring confidence among his colleagues and acting as a source of technical inspiration. Recently, under his guidance, a small virtual team overcame a big challenge, migrating an important toolset from Perforce to BitBucket, ultimately helping the team take a meaningful step toward consolidation. What is your role as an engineer with Veritas Technologies?
I’m a DevOps Tech Lead in the CES org of DPGE PBU. I look after the software build and release process, create tools, and establish automated DevOps CI/CD pipelines to improve the efficiency of software development.
What inspired you to take on a role in engineering?
Unparalleled learning opportunities. I strive towards developing solutions to exceed our internal engineering customers' expectations.
What is your favorite aspect of your role at Veritas?
Being challenged by constantly changing DevOps technologies and tools and having the opportunity to work with so many amazing people at Veritas!
