In 2018, a meaningful part of #LifeAtVeritas involves enlivening our Employee Resource Groups across the organization, including Pride at Veritas Empowered — PAVE — and promoting group interests, like this year’s San Francisco Pride Parade.
Veritas is pleased to announce our sponsorship of the largest Pride event in the world — the San Francisco 2018 Pride celebration and parade on June 23rd and 24th.
On the morning of the 24th, Veritas staff from our Bay Area offices will march alongside colleagues, family, and friends to represent the company and our PAVE employee resource group.
The mission of PAVE is to foster a diverse and inclusive work space. PAVE teams across our global offices are dedicated to educating the company and community about LGBT issues — a large part of our success in identifying and retaining top diverse talent. Veritas PAVE events have included networking opportunities to provide support to our staff, and community-focused efforts, like local Pride event participation and sponsorship.
All Veritas employees are invited to join or open a PAVE local chapter and march in this year’s 2018 Pride Parade alongside myself and my proud Veritas PAVE community.
