Veritas Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are an incredible way for employees to learn and connect with fellow staff, and make a positive social impact in the communities where they live and work. In January, Veritas Bay Area Employee Resource Groups hosted an ERG Fair at company headquarters in Mountain View, re-introducing ERG opportunities to the Veritas community and inviting them to engage and join.

Highlights of the event

  • ERG Bingo, where attendees enjoyed earning Veritas gear while learning about the individual Resource Groups;
  • ERG Champions sharing their missions, upcoming events, and welcoming more than 100 new members to the bay area chapters;
  • Raising awareness for the company’s culture of volunteerism, where Veritas gives employees 5 volunteer days per year, and makes a monetary contribution for every hour of service an employee contributes;
