On Thursday, May 30, the Women at Veritas Empowered group out of Heathrow attended the Professional Women's Luncheon hosted by the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
The ongoing luncheon series is dedicated to showcasing and supporting successful women out of Central Florida, with each session providing a platform for a local woman to share her personal and professional background. And Veritas is proud to be represented on the board of the chamber by Michelle Billhartz of #TeamVtas.
May’s featured speaker was Michelle Imperato, an award-winning news anchor and reporter with WESH 2 News Sunrise since 2014. Michelle delivered an inspiring talk about the ups and downs of her career journey, including details on her reporting role.
Speaking of Michelle’s presentation, attendee Deona Riley expressed, “She was witty and honest, and we left feeling inspired to pursue our passions no matter the hurdles we may face.”
