Using the Veritas InfoScale Operations Manager console, you can view the real-time status of the InfoScale product licenses deployed on the managed hosts. You can view the total number of licenses deployed on the physical as well as virtual hosts along with the chargeable, non-chargeable, and expired licenses.

To learn more about InfoScale licensing, pricing and types of Symantec price tiers, see:

About Veritas licensing and pricing

From Storage Foundation and High Availability 6.0 release onwards, the Symantec Performance Value Unit (SPVU) pricing method was used for Storage Foundation and High Availability products.

To know more about InfoScale and the pricing, see:

From Veritas InfoScale Management Server 7.0 release onwards, Veritas uses the per-core licensing pricing method for InfoScale products. The value is calculated by accumulating the total number of cores on the host used by the product. To learn more about the per-core pricing model, see:

About per-core licensing

You can run reports that provide details on demo licenses, deployments by operating system tier and server tier. You can also run reports for hosts without InfoScale licenses, and to get details about the deployment policies that are violated.
