5220 - how do you tell if you have an A, B, C, or D model?

I'm looking at the 5220 Admin Guide and it says that for SAN Client Fibre you have to have a C or D model and it must have an fibre HBA in specific slots.

Well....we've got two 5220's that I'd love to hook up that way but those slots are occupied by a 10 GB adapter, not an HBA...and there's nothing in the product docs that shows that configuration.

So how can I tell what model I have and, if those 10 GB adapters are HBA's, how can I read their WWN's so I can give them to our Fibre Admin?

From the CLISH, you can use Manage > FibreChannel > Show to see WWNs.

Hope this helps!

That's exactly what I needed.  We've got a C so we can only connect tape drives via fibre.

I'll have to make sure that future purchases are D or E models (or future models since it takes forever to get purchases approved).
