I have a 5230 in 2.6.1.2 version of NBU
I am getting the message "Failed to get correct update info from NBU appliance software update center,please contact Symantec support." in web console and CLISH when I run
MediaServer>Manage>Software>List AvailablePatch

Im not sure if there is a problem with appliance itself, or the internet connection, CallHome works perfectly, but I cannot check the available software updates.
Finding a working around I was looking for the ports and urls that appliance use to connect to software update center, but I couldnt find anything, has anyone ad this information would be helpful.
