No shelves available for a 5020 Appliance I am afraid, maximum storage is fixed at 32TB
You have a couple of choices ...
1. Add a new 5030 appliance to the SPA to increase the overall capacity of the de-dupe pool
2. Speak to Symantec and see if you can trade your 5020 appliances in for a 5230 appliances which can have second shelves and go up to 72TB in a single de-dupe (MSDP) pool
Hope this helps
