Hope all are doing good !!

I would need to know few basics with repsect to the Netbackup appliance dedupe.

If i have appliance of 228 TB  means my appliance would support in storing 228 TB of deduped data?

what is the maximum amount of data that i can store in my appliance

It depends on the dedupe ratios. ratios vary from site to site and also among the different backup types. You could see anything from 5x to 50x. I'd say 10x is a good average.
