Hi There,
after the installing and configuring netbackup appliance 5220 we get and callhome error like this,
Subject: NBU Appliance, bhmdpbmedp2 CallHome Failure Notice
CALLHOME status: Not able to upload callhome data
Error: 500 Can't connect to www.symappmon.com:443 (Bad hostname 'www.symappmon.com')
Please contact Symantec Support to resolve this issue.
