Can't Re-Image Appliance 5240 with factory USB

Hi Experts!!

I'm stuck with re-image my new appliance 5240

I'm trying to boot from several iso file but the message are alway the same

Any advice??

I was check tha TN but still stuck a moment to boot from ISO files

I tried to boot with version 2.6.1 a boot fine, but at last configuration with GRUB another error coming

The frist error are the same with version 2.7.1, 2.7.2, 2.7.3 and finaly 3.0 iso files 

Think i doing some wrong

I destroy de Raid and boot from ISO-USB and fix the problem
