Catridge details for Magazine can not be use.

If it is available,there will be a "+"  let me click.... 

it will display all media's status.

The screenshot is from the IBM Library interface. 
I do not see any NetBackup or Netbackup Appliance issue.

You need to log a call with IBM or your local IBM Support team.

Hi Kent,

Obviously this is not a NetBackup question, probably better in an IBM forum but we'll give what help we can.  A few things to try / check:

  • Have you rebooted the TS3100 and tried again?
  • Have you recently upgraded or made any changes to your browser?
  • What is the browser you are using?  A number of fix docs for the TS3100 show IE and Firefox as being the supported browsers - are you able to try one of those?
  • Have you recently done any firmware upgardes on the tape library?
