Catridge details for Magazine can not be use.
If it is available,there will be a "+" let me click....
it will display all media's status.

The screenshot is from the IBM Library interface.
I do not see any NetBackup or Netbackup Appliance issue.
You need to log a call with IBM or your local IBM Support team.
