The screenshot is from the IBM Library interface. I do not see any NetBackup or Netbackup Appliance issue.
You need to log a call with IBM or your local IBM Support team.
Obviously this is not a NetBackup question, probably better in an IBM forum but we'll give what help we can. A few things to try / check:
