Catalog migration from 5220 to 5250

Hi

One of my customer has 5220 ver 3.0 with primary copy to disk retention of 3 months and second copy to tape retention of 3 years

Customer has bought 5240 ver 3.0, i need to move the catalog from 5220 here, so the tape restore can be achieved. 

please suggest some steps to follow

If both are in same domain ,not two different master servers you can use " Hardware Migration tool kit".
