ERROR: Cannot enable the SAN Client Fibre Transport. Unsupported hardware configuration exists.

Hi, when we try to enable san options on netbackup appliance 5220, we get an this error, in the previous we passed this problem with rebuiled the configuration from the usb. but l think there are must be any way without rebuilding the system.

are there anyone get an same error ?

Have you checked/verified Hardware compatibility list?

l was talked with the symantec support engineer yesterday, and he said this is the known bug, when you get this error please call the symantec support. They solved problem.
