Hi,
Why did the appliance name change? This can happen for many reasons (networking, license)
Are you sure the appliance is on 2.6.3? Or is it 2.6.1? Usually they ship on 2.6.1 and are then joined to domain and upgraded (my experience).
Has this appliance been used before somewhere else?
Have you tried to factory reset and then start again?
- Duplicate/copy backup images from tape to tape in Backup Exec
- S3 server activation on NBU 10.3.0.1 and 5350HA in NetBackup
- VMwaare SAN Backup / Port 902 es necessary? in NetBackup
- wierd behavior trying to use policies with tape copy NBU 10.3 (unpatched) with Windows 2K22 primary. in NetBackup
- media server hardware requirement when using OST Appliance in NetBackup
