Failed to expand/resize AdvanceDisk in 5330 appliance

Issue:

Unable to expand advance disk on Veritas 5330 appliance

 

Steps Performed:

                >Added the Appliance Host entry in Master Server host file

                >FQDN and Short name of the Appliance was missing in the Master Server host file

               >Master Server services need to be rebooted  - Pending

 

 

All above steps were done on the basis of the veritas Article http://www.veritas.com/docs/000011143

               > Rebooted the appliance via RMM Console (as per the article)

        

       >AdvanceDisk Resize changes reflected on Appliance only and the error is still the same as displayed in the attachment

Please make sure you have a valid NBU license key installed on the 5330.
