GRT Duplication jobs fail with 191...client hostname could not be found

NetBackup 5230
Appliance Version: 2.6.0.2
NetBackup Version: 7.6.0.2

Netbackup 5203 Master/Media server backing up then replicating via SLP to a DR 5230. The backup and replication work just fine but the duplication to tape fails. The images are GRT Exchange and GRT SharePoint. I know for some reason NetBackup is trying to connect back to the Exchange and SharePoint server to get index information which will never happen. Is there a way to shut that off and be comfortable the data on tape will be usable?

Re: GRT Duplication jobs fail with 191...client hostname could not be found

To avoid digging through posts here is the solution directly.

Uncheck Enable message-level cataloging when duplicating Exchange images that use Granular Recovery Technology under

Host Properties of the Master Server Under General Server.

This fixed the problem and the two failing duplicaiton jobs finished without any further changes.
