How To create a touch file on 5240 V 2.7

Hi folks,

according to a suggested Tech Note I need to create two touch files on the machine, e.g.:

echo "300" > /usr/openv/netbackup/db/config/DPS_PROXYDEFAULTSENDTMO 

but I can't find a way to use the SSH session (logged in as admin) to the machine to do that.

The xxx.Main_Menu> prompt does no seem to offer a way to do what I want...

What am I missing?

As usual, any help is appreciated.

enter password

/opt/Symantec/sdcssagent/IPS/sisipsoverride.sh

select override level and how long

enter password

type elevate

make your changes

exit 

exit
