Dear Community,

I replaced the Raid Controller Battery but I need to check status of new battery.

Who has experience related to this issue?

Hi @Tabriz

Have a look in the /opt directory - there should be a sub directory relating to the megaraid (which IIRC) is the raid controller on the 5230.

The software can interrogte the controller for this and other information.

Addiitonally, during POST, it is possible to drop into the RAID controller setup and view the battery properties there.

I have no specifics on how to achieve the above, but a google search should give you the information you need.
