Log4j vulnerabilities hot fixes bot working and not able to download.rpm files

I am using Master Netbackup version 8.1.2 and another master server 8.1.2 on appliance 5230 version 3.1.2
Please provide hot fix update

I am not able to download files from my id as we don’t have veritas support.

Please Help

Hi NBU8123,

Unfortunately these days without a support contract you can't download base installers or updates.  You can create a Veritas account, but to download anything that account needs to have an entitlement for the product you need downloads for.

I think it is highly unlikely that you'll find anyone on these forums that will violate their license agreement by providing a copy of the hotfix.
