All backups are happening fine,
No errors reported
But when we check the Hardware Health on the Appliance (5220) 2.7.3 its showing that the MSDP is not accessible and Status as Failed.
There is a disk failure in the system, we tried replacing the faulty disk still the disk shows failed.
Sounds like you need to log a Support call with Veritas.
Best to do it ASAP as this Appliance model is almost EOSL.

@Marianne Hi, but we dont have valid contract with them as of now, hence cannot log a ticket
Seems like the raid controller has some issues, just that the rebuild is not happening
but not sure how to fix it.
