Max Concurrent Job setting

I'm trying to find the optimal setting for my 5220's Max Concurrent Job setting for my diskpool, which is 2 shelf units with 72GB of space. Is there a way to monitor the box while making changes to this setting so I can tell if it is being over utilized?

I have used sar and sargraph before now to determine what is happening at the OS level. I'm not sure if external links are allowed so won't post it, but just google sargraph - it comes as a java jar file that you can run with any decent revision JRE.

Worth a look. It's a bit trial and error but worth playing with to get it where you want.
