NetBackup Administration Console for Unix hangs when entering device wizard

When running NetBackup Administration Console for Unix on the 5240 Appliance using Maintenance, jnbSA.  It hangs when entering Configure Storage Device wizard?  What would cause that?

The 5240 has tape drive autoloader connected to it via fibre channel.

Can you share more details about your environment?? Is this appliance Master server or media server?? Can you run tpconfig and vmoprcmd commands with desired outputs on this appliance??
