NetBackup Appliance 4.1.0.1 Maintenance Release 2 is now available

NetBackup Appliance 4.1.0.1 Maintenance Release 2 (MR2) and release notes are now available at the following link:

MR2 updates Log4j version to 2.17.1.

All 4.1 customers are strongly recommended to install MR2 as soon as possible.

I face Problem Upgrading from 3.3.0.1 MR3 to 4.1.0.1 Maintenance Release 2 (MR2) 

after seeing applince reboot and working  as version 4.1.0.1 and upgrade reach 88% an error happend and rolback to prev version 3.3.0.1 

error Could not find /inst/patch/appliance/asc-telemetry/asc-telemetry/asc 

what is this file for ?? and why this is happend
