NetBackup How to add expansion disk shelf

Hi

One of our customers are planning to add an expansion disk shelf on their production.

Can anyone help me the step by step procedure on how to do this? Im not comfortable to perform this since it is already in prodcution.

Btw. I encounter 1 Failed Disk on slot 16, its a new delivery any workaround??

I would think that you need to log a case to get the failed disk replaced.
