Hi hi
the problem was from the root user account, i used another administrative account to be able to successfully add vCenter credentials to Netbackup Appliance.

NetBackup Client software is part of server software.
So, already on the Appliance.
Steps are documented in NetBackup for VMware Administrator's Guide
Please read through Chapter 1 (Introduction) and Chapter 2 (Required tasks: overview).
These topics are covered in Chapter 1:
■ About NetBackup for VMware
■ Updates to this guide for NetBackup 8.1.1

Did you check basic network comms between the backup host (the hostname that is next to "Validate using backup host:" ) and vCenter?
Can you ping the vCenter hostname?
Is port 443 open in both directions?

Yes i have checked everything i can ping the vCenter using Fully Qualified Hostname from the Appliance, and i can ping My 5240 appliance from the vCenter Server as well.

Have you checked port connectivity as well?
Another user resolved the same type of error by adding credentials from cmd:
