How to check Ping, Telnet, Bptestbpcd commands in Netbackup appliances commandline.

Here is the link to Symantec NetBackup 52xx and 5330 Appliance Command Reference Guide

Also, Telnet is by default disabled on Windows servers.

I agree - try and stick to menu-driven commands as per above doc.

You can get to normal cmd with these steps:

Support
Maintenance
elevate

Depending on your Appliance version, you may have to override security settings as per p. 35 of  http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC7350
