Push NBU client install

All,

We are trying to perform a push install to several clients from 7.7.2 NBU master running on NetBackup Appliance 5330 (2.7.2).

We were able to upgrade most of the clients, for all of the RedHat 2.6.18 i am getting the below error:

I can connect to the client properties from admin console. I have tried looking online without much success. HAs anyone seen this before and probably know how to fix it?

Can you clarify something?  You say your master is a 5330, but that's not possible.  Did you mean a 5230?

Do you have enough space on the drive?  I've seen 127s with a full /tmp or / file system.

looks like a problem on files rights

- are you login as root on client or with an other account ?

- what are the rights on /usr/openv/netbackup/version

- does selinux still active on you server ?
