Robotic Library is Down on Media Server

Ran into the same problem as outlined in Connect Forum post http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/290282.htm and was experiencing the exact same problem of a media server (in this case a 5220 appliance) was not getting resources from a Linux media server acting as the robotic control host but did not have any kind of firewalls or IP Tables configured so just wanted to relay the root cause we found......name resolution problems between the robotic control host and the media server trying to do the backups can behave in exactly the same way. Hopefully this post helps others reach a more timely resolution!

Just figured I'd start keeping notes of things discovered during some of my POC's on here where they can be more helpful to all of our customers instead of in my Evernote where they're just shared with my team.  :)
