Primary/Standard Support for NetBackup Appliance 2.7.x/3.0 releases ends on September 30, 2020. Extended Support for these releases starts on October 1, 2020, until their End of Support Life (EOSL) date, which can be found here. During Extended Support, no new bug fixes will be provided. For more support details on Extended Support, please refer to Veritas Product Lifecycle Policy. Purchase of extended software support is being waived for NetBackup Appliance customers on these releases.
Veritas strongly recommends customers, running NetBackup Appliance 2.7.x/3.0 releases, to upgrade to NetBackup Appliance 3.2 release or later in order to benefit from new product and security fixes for best overall experience.
