Currently we have one master server and one NBU appliance as media server.

Now we want to add new NBU appliance as media server.

Just wanted to know will I am able to create different MSDP pool in new NBU appliance without affecting existing MSDP pool of old media server.

100% possible. Actually, it will be done automatically, because you cannot have more than one MSDP pool per appliance/media server.
