i tried to check every somewhere else but nothing abnormal

If you are using a SLP and duplications are failing it will not be able to clear down the images
Also make sure the SLP is using capacity managed on the disk retention or it will not delete the images until they expire.
Maybe run there to see what is what:
to see any outstanding SLP duplications: nbstlutil stlilist -image_incomplete -l
to check your SLP show us the output of: nbstl slpname -L

I assume you have a high watermark alert setup that is causing this
The alert is also showing as not acknoledged
If you need to change the alert threshold (this is all using the CLISH) go to:
Settings > Alerts > Hardware DiskspaceTheshold Show
To change it use (here it is changed to 90% as an example)
Settings > Alerts > Hardware DiskspaceTheshold Set 90%
To acknowlege and clear the existing alert use (The value 1 below relates to the ID in your print out):
Settings > Alerts > AcknowledgeErrors 1
If you then want to clear it completely use (you can use 1 again here or a comma seperated list or all:
Settings > Alerts > ClearAckowledgedErrors 1
Hope this helps

Thanks Mark_solutions for your response.
actually i wanted to know the cause of that much usage for my advanced disk storage. it keeps growing by 1% daily it reached 89% now.
i already contacted symantec suport to solve that for me.
i dont want to turn off the alert only but i needed a solution on what could be possible casue of that. i suspect some failing duplication jobs that keeps trying again and again and failing.
any suggestion ?
