Kindly let me know the following few questions about pure disk.

1)what is pure disk?

2)About pure disk architecture?

3)About pure disk deduplication?

4)About pure disk web user interface?

5)Can i know the role of vssadminlist writers related to system state backup failures in pure disk.

1)puredisk is nothing but a storage which acts as ost got nbu. 2)it has one spa node (like master in nbu) and other content router (like media j nbu) 3)for dedupe process refer various technotes that symantec has given. 4)vssadmin list writers is not spevific to puredisk ...its os cmd for checking wtiters stability.

Please note the the planned EOSL for Puredisk (build it yourself) is Sept 30th. Puredisk on applainces is not included in that EOL.
