Dedup broke after 7.5.0 to 7.5.0.3 upgrade

Help. Symantec tech support is not providing any ideas or solutions.

We upgraded from 7.5.0 to 7.5.0.3 and during the upgrade process MSDP brroke.

The spoold, spad processes spawn. However, there is no listener on port 10082.

Poking around and googling led me to check the /usr/openv/lib/ost-plugins dir and I noticed the $HOSTNAME.cfg file was blown away.

Recreated the config from my coop server and the pool is still down.

Any ideas?

How do you recognize issue with spoold proccess? After a downtime it takes like 1min/TB of CR storage to start and is confirmed by "Storage cache manager loading complete" (or something like that) entry in the spoold.log.

On the other hand: no 10082 listener ==> no deduplication up.
