Puredisk 6.6.3 export to Netbackup failing with Error5

Hi,

Im getting below error message when try export data from Puredisk 6.6.3 to Netbackup (tape backup)

please advice the solution

In this version of puredisk there is a workflow called sp_consistency_check I believe. It is a new workflow strictly for the purepose of checking the consistency of the db's that hold the findgerprint catalog. 

Please set up a policy based on that if one does not exist and run it. You will have 3 options in the policy for how thurough you want it to be. Run the most thurough one. It will take a few days to run but should report back anny errors there are with your database.
