Puredisk: backup failing with error "file skipped because it is marked as deleted"

Hi Friends,

I am getting the below mentioned error while backing up one of the puredisk client. Can anyone please help me to sort out this..?

Hi,

This is caused by the fact the file has been deleted after the "Preapre Backup Client Side" operation completed - the job-step creating the PO list to follow-up by the backup job - before it was "Scanned and Stored".

So, by the terms of "best backup practice" the backup should either not run at that time when users delete their files or the user is the one to blame - deleting the file when it should not be touched.

What about snapshoting? Is it enabled in your backup job?
