Dears,
Even with the follwoing steps the Deduplication Storage Space has nor been Reclaimed:
Netbackup 7.1 on top of Windows 2008 R2
I did follwo the steps in the follwoing link

But not chance to free space, this is why I reconfiguer the Deduplication Media Server Again.

Can you paste the output from your "crcontrol --dsstat" command?
Also output from "crcontrol --getmode"

note that this is information after I reconfigure the Media Deduplication Server after Format Deduplication Storage

Looks like there is still 299GB of data in 3367103 files in the Dedupe Pool. I'd make sure you have expired all of your images correctly.
If you are sure there is nothing left , try follow this procedure

This goes through destorying an dedupde pool and then you can create a new one.
If that fails then best log a support case.
