hi
Tried launching my puredisk 6.5, butkeep receiving this error "puredisk error The webpage at https://server/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address"
i have already renewed the certificate on the server but still receiving the same error, if there's anyone that has an idea of ehat to do, i will be grateful

confirm your IP address and type browse "https://12.345.6.78" and see if that works
Another issue might be if you use Firefox, you will need to clear the SSL certificate. When you renew the certificate it then is different to the stored one . Let me know how you go.

hi,
i was able to resolve it with some help from my consultants, the issue was with some corrupt PIDs. what i did was to rename does PIDs then restart the pure disk services and everything was resolved.
how i got to know it was corrupt PIDs was when i tried restarting the puredisk services {service puredisk start cmd} it pointed out the PIDs it was having issues with.
