Installations of NSS 7.7.3 and above contain an integration setting to distinguish between versions. If your initial NSS install was earlier than this, you may not have the integration setting required.
If you’re missing this setting, it can be added via the Integration settings (Either via Location > Edit Location, or Admin > Integration Settings.
Scroll to the Location required, and select “Add setting” Give the setting the name “NetBackup Version” In Value, enter “v7_7_2”
This will correct the version for the location. When adding Locations normally, this version integration setting will have a dropdown, rather than a text value. If you’d like to correct this for your new setting, edit it for a second time, and select “Add Item” The code should be “v7_7_2” and the Description should be “7.7.2+” Select “Add Item” again, and Use “v7_6_1” and “7.6.1 - 7.7.1” Now the setting should feature a drop down list for the value.
