BackupNow Polices not deleting after completion

Found that BackupNow policies did not delete themselves after completion.
Found that by changing the date format under Integration settings for the Location to MM\/dd\/yyyy then it starts working again.

It is very important to note the date format your NetBackup master server has been created in, be it American or European for example. Every communication between the master server and NetBackup Self Service portal will require this date format to be passed in order for a successful transmission of data. Within NSS when submitting a request, the location date format will always need to be in the same format that the master server was created in.
