I have tried different web browsers & even clear the cache before re-logining in NSS, the problem remains. Even after all the backup images in NetBackup has been expired manually via bpexpdate command, NSS reports some backup image information at the dashboard?

If you manually remove/delete/terminate an image from NBU you will have to ask NSS to refresh its data on that machine. Login as an admin, go to the computers tab, find the machine and select refresh NetBackup data.
