Master server is not authenticating in Netbackup self service

We installed netbackup self service and trying to authenticate winodws master server from Netbackupself service portal but its keep on failing with below error

Failed to contact master server
Last ErrorConnecting to remote server xxxxx.xxx.xx failed with the following error message : The connection to the specified remote host was refused. Verify that the WS-Management service is running on the remote host and configured to listen for requests on the correct port and HTTP URL. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

In my master server, already WS-Management service is running but still not able to authenticate.

Master server OS: Windows 2012

Master server Netbackup version: 8.3

Netbackup self service OS: Windows 2019

Netbackup self service version: 8.3

It was my browser proxy issue. fixed now and it authenticated successfully.
